    Hi Kristi!
    I believe the length is 15 inches, which is the edge horizontal to the ground. Height is 14 inches, which is the edge vertical to the ground. The depth is 9 inches.

    Thank you for asking! Unfortunately I don’t have this pattern you are looking for myself. This underseat bag has pretty many patterns though, hopefully you can still find the one you love! Normally their Amazon store should have the most complete listing of all the latest patterns and colors.

    Thank you for asking! I have checked for you and Yes the ciao underseat carry on is a 15 H x 13.5 W x 8 D in suitcase, which should fit as the free carry on for WOW airlines (17x13x10in).
